Welcome to ShopHub. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including browsing, purchasing, and selling. Please read them carefully before using ShopHub.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using ShopHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of ShopHub after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases on ShopHub.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- ShopHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Purchases & Payments
- All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- ShopHub uses secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
- Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors.
- Sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address and applicable local laws.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. ShopHub is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. ShopHub is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
- Certain items are non-returnable: food, personal care products, digital downloads, and customized items.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- ShopHub reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
6. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers on ShopHub are independent third parties. ShopHub is not responsible for seller conduct or product quality.
- Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and ShopHub's Seller Guidelines.
- ShopHub reserves the right to remove listings or suspend sellers that violate our policies.
- Product descriptions and images are provided by sellers. ShopHub does not guarantee their accuracy.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on ShopHub — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by ShopHub or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
- User-generated content (reviews, photos) remains your property, but you grant ShopHub a license to use it on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ShopHub is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- ShopHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
